The DB series burner is an upgraded product of Riello's industrial burner product range.
This series of burners is a split burner and can be widely used in large enterprises (such as district heating, hospitals) and food, chemical, textile and other industries. It is suitable for hot water boilers, steam boilers and thermal oil furnaces.
DB series burners can provide electronic proportional adjustment or mechanical proportional adjustment according to user needs to achieve air-fuel ratio control.
The standard preheated air of DB series burners can reach 15°C, and the preheated air of special structure burners can reach 25°C.
The new burner head has adjustable internal structure and produces NOx emissions below 8 mg/kWh when running on natural gas.
All models offer a hinge system for easy burner head maintenance.
The DB series burners are equipped with a butterfly valve for fuel setting and are controlled by a variable profile cam servo motor to ensure high thermal efficiency in all output ranges by adjusting the air and fuel ratio.
